I have contacted the Standard Bank division in October to inform them that I would be in the USA for an extended period. Even though I have plenty funds in my account, my card continuously declines. I have e-mailed the Prestige Banking line on January 2nd about this. I received a reply, copying the Dept saying that would reply to me. I have not received such a reply and, upon follow-up, I found that the address that was copied does not exist!!!
This entire process has been humiliating to me and frustrating!!!
