My Name is Justin I have a loan account with Absa account on the 26/11/13 I paid an amount of R 1251.23 I was told that Absa would not take more then that but on the 11/12/13 an amount of R1260.90 was taken out of my account putting my account in overdraft when I called to find out I was told that Absa is sorry but its not there problem. I was paid back R1259.83. I left it at that but then I was called a few times after that and told that my account is in arrears witch was not the case. Then on the 01/01/14 was debited R1157.99 and then later that same day R1151.99 again money that was meant for my child's education plan and my TFG account. there is no way I can pay all my account double back and pay my loan. Absa needs to fix this saying I'm sorry is not going to work this time
