FNB PayPal shocking service

I've been trying to link my PayPal and FNB account for two months now. Made numerous calls to both PayPal and FNB's call centres who kept telling me everything is correct at their side I must call the other party. I've been to my local branch a few times who again insured me that everything is correct, but still when I log onto my FNB online banking and select the PayPal option I get an E-96 error. I did a search on HelloPeter and found that there are hundreds of complaints about FNB and PayPal not working. So I figured you have a big problem, but don't have the decency to admit it and just keep on treating every customer as if they are doing something wrong. So I just gave up on FNB and PayPal.

Today I received a shocking email from FNB: They ADVERTISED their PayPal service!!! How can you advertise something that is clearly not working. And if it does work, why is my account still not sorted out after more than two months???
