I called on 13/12/2013 as was unable to login to website due to previous incorrect email address. I was told that it would take 48 hours for response for this to be corrected by IT Dept! Ref # 66172923.
Given the festive season I allowed for delay, so called again today 3/1/2014, only to be told that I was emailed a new password on my correct email address today.
I was apparently also called by them on 20/12/2013 to verify my correct email address -This could be the case- I cant recall.
This has not happened, & will now take another 48 hours for a response!! ref # 66420917

She informed me that the only way they can communicate with Greenbacks division is to send them electronic information, and wait for them to (hopefully) respond.
I tried to login to site and use "forgot password" option, but even though site states temporary password has been emailed, I have still received nothing.
This situation is totally unacceptable.
I would also like to use my greenbacks before they devalue any further, as in the past.
It appears to be the Great Ripoff Reward program.
