Poor Service

On 24 December 2013 I visited old mutual Brackenfell branch to cancel my investment and retirement policy and I was assisted by a lady called SARIETA LIENX . When I called today which is 5 day's later to make a follow up, she is telling me she only processed RA and she is doesn't know anything about the investment. This lady is very rude, incompetent and very unprofessional she put the phone down while I was still talking to her. Can someone who is professional help me, it's the first time I experience this kind of service at Old Mutual.
