Change slogan to "Why should we help you? "

Dear FNB when you ask "how can we help you? " who are you asking exactly potential customers or customers you have already. I have been with FNB for more than 8 years and I went to apply for a consolidation loans and it took them 5 minutes to tell me I've been declined. And the reason is that I'm a slow payer. I might be slow but I'm paying am I not. And it's for this reason that I came to you in the first place. Why the would I apply for a consolidation loan if I'm not struggling? All my accounts have been up to date until I started having issues in august even then I tried to make a payment when I could. These are the questions you ask on your website: Is your life cluttered by debt? Are you struggling to meet all your monthly obligations? Why are you asking all these questions if you not willing to help? It's actually depressing when your own bank can't assist you when you need help. FYI: Retaining existing customers is just as important as recruiting new ones..
