I have faxed through documents to make my first progress payment, on the 19 DECEMBER it was confirmed that all the necessary documents were received and they have appointed an assessor to go out and see how far we are regarding our building. Needless to say i have since made multiple phone calls with no proper feedback, it's either they will tell you the possessor has been rebooked and not tell you the reason why he has been rebooked, tried complaining on their website but nothing was done (confirmedgoes to show that they know little about TCF) AFTER A WEEKS of phone calls with no proper feedback this morning i am being told that they need me to fax through the copy of my approved building plan ..l.how come i am only told this today, i have faxedvthis documents already and it was confirmed that it was received... i need you to go today and do the assessment you can take the approved plan on the initial application... ibm not running around because if your incopitancy... i am really frustrated by this whole process...
