My car got damaged from the hail, called the call centre to claim all was processed accordingly... a week ago i received a call from their claims department letting me know that my car is booked for an assesment (ok cool) the consultant i was speaking to said she will send me direction to their assesment center and that never happende... Today i call the call centre again and i was put through to the claims department..spoke to a guy (MOHAMED) with a bad attitude telling me my line is not clear i must give him my contact details however they will not give me a call now because its (LUNCH TIME)... i mean really this is the second time dealing with FFW and theur service is pathetic im 2 seconds away from changing my car insurance... their consultants do not deliver!!! at all it sickening to deal with such..ive never missed a payment and i always pay them on time for them to give me such a pathetic service...
