Again double deductions from Auto and General

Hi

I don't know what is going on, last month Auto and General deducted 3 amounts for my insurance and my installment is R429.

This month it happened again!!!

R429 plus another R283 was deducted from my account. What is this for! my instalment is suppose to be only R429.

What is going on, please I need a refund, or I want to cancel my insurance.
