Excellent service, reduced premium

I received an annual increase on all 3 of my insurance policies and they were in the region of 22%. I responded to the supplier saying this is excessive and way above the inflation rate. They re-looked at my policies made a few minor adjustments to some of the values and reduced the increases to below 3%.
