After installing Gridblock burglar bars, someone broke into my house by breaking the "Defending Your Dreams for a Lifetime" burglar bars right out of the welding.
Since they accepted my money so quickly I though it would be just as quick to use the "Lifetime Breakthrough Guarantee". Unfortunately it would seem that the warranty means very little and although they will fix it, you will be last in line and if they have time the will help you. All they have to do is fix one bar that was broken out of the frame. I phone Gridblok on the 6th of January and someone arrived the 27th of January. They did not fix it but took the whole frame with them. They collection "Specialist" promising it will only take a day or two to fix one broken bar.
I immediately phone Laurika to express my concern on sleeping with a open window especially after a burglary and was told they have many client waiting I must also wait.
Today I phoned again (two days later) to inquire what time I'm getting my burglar bars back. To my surprise I was told by Laurika that now they are moving premises and I will have to wait till Tuesday the 4th of Feb to get it back. (Lets Hope!)
Please stay away from this company!
