I have been billed incorrectly by Planet Fitness almost every month since i began there. January was another story though. They billed me a total of SIX times!! Three of the debit orders were returned to my account but they still owe me money for the other three... I went there to try and get this issue resolved and they said they will look into it and follow up with me the next day... this never happened. I have e-mailed them and finally got a response but it seems to take forever for them to do anything. Today i get an SMS from them to say that my account is in arrears!!! I laughed for a while but am now super annoyed! I want to close my account with them and save myself the constant headaches but its taking forever and i am completely unhappy with them and the way they do things. I would strongly suggest NEVER EVER even considering them if you want to go to gym. They are useless and it seems a lot of people are going through the same thing. I guess they had to pay for the R10 000 000 revamp somehow. Too bad they will be losing a lot of their customers. I will boycott them for as long as i live!!
