Hi my pool was damaged by rain a month ago, we called in to Standard Bank insurance about it, and up untill today the response is (it was not done by rain)
ok firstly it was done by rain, there is no other way the paving would just fall away on its own. it was a heavy down puor of rain, and then the paving just sunk.
secondly, if it didnt take 2 weeks for someone to come out and acess the damages, it wouldnt of got this bad.
i think that the service given from standard bank was discusting.i must now get another pool company to come out give us a quote, then send it off to standard bank if i want to fight the claim.i f i wanted to fight the claim i wouldnt of gone through all this, i would of gotten some one out the same day of it happening. but now because it took so long for the pool company to come out. its not coverd now.
