Hopeless home insurance

I am going in to 60 days now since we had a big hail storm. My Swimming pool got damage and is still not repaired. I am also tired off phonning, i ussually hold on for 10 minutes and as soon as a consultant pick up, the phone is disconnected. This morning I called 23 times and could not reach them. Advertisments is looking great on television etc. but when it comes to customer care the service is hopeles. At this stage my swimming pool needs a make over because off the long wait for my insurance company. I am thinking off making my pool a fish dam now with all dirtyness etc in pool. It will cost me a lot on repairs on pool because my insuarance dont care.
I will not be able to entertain any family a family at my premmises the pool and the area is smelly.

Again i got thro this morning again the reply was we are waiting for the contractors quate.
