Called Prestige Customer Number to have my credit limit extended. The application could not be processed because I am a foreigner and required to go into the bank to submit my current passport, employment contract and payslip YET AGAIN. My issue is I constantly have to submit the SAME documents to the bank in order to have anything approved even though I diligently go through the FICA process. This is simply how you loose valuable customers to competitors. Why is this not put in a file for quick reference? What is Standard Bank willing to do about this inconvenience to customers?
