Please can someone explain to me why my application was been declined after two weeks i made an application and was told that everything is fine is just for the assessment department to get back to the branch the next thing i was told is that they never got my document after a week of submitting i had to resend after then i was told to go to my bank to get a letter confirming am the owner of my account after i have handed in my three months bank statement which i did get and the next day i was told by leratong that the money is pay into my account which i never saw only to call today at the branch were i made the application and was told by lebo that it was declined and him does not even know what is that reason or is it because am a foreign national that we are been treated like trash why not just say you don't give loans to foreign national and i already have two credit cards from Absa and Netbank so which should Africa Bank treat us like this i honestly NEED to know why my application was declined
