To whom it may concern

i am currently insured with auto & general, ive had a incident this morning my way to work where I was attack n my laptop got damaged and I reported the incident to the insurance, as to my surprise the consultant advised my laptop it not insured so now im asking myself hw is that possible when my laptop was the 1st time and they reimbursed me so it it suppose to be insured as tracey called to adk me for my serial number and if I have received the laptop from there brokers. I am not standing for this and I am a angry auto and general client at this moment. this matter must be resolved asap as I am using it for work related and personal capacity. please advised accordingly. thank you angry client.
