NO SERVICE SINCE 20 March 2013

I have put in a claim for my laptop on 20 March for my laptop. I have to call Carl everyday with no joy at all. Carl is not interested in resolving my claim. I'm seriously annoyed with Auto & General, definitely cancelling my insurance with them today!
