I responded to Hollards ad in September 2013. I was called by a call centre agent and I was horrified by his service. I was told which product will be most suitable for me by the agent, and not as per what my requirements and needs where. We had a bad reception and the call was cut. Up till know I am still awaiting a call from Hollard to complete the quote and establish exactly what I need, a whole month later.
