Funeral Plan debit orders after 4 month cancellation

I had a funeral policy that I took at standard bank in 2013 and asked them to cancel it in june. They said It was going to be cancelled. There are still debit orders going through even today. This is fustrating as I was assured that it was cancelled.

Please sort this out as this is fustrating.
