I have ordered a smart device over a month ago and still waiting their courier company promised me delivery last week still I don't have a the device I called fnb 5 times and they still haven't sorted it out I called platinum and spoke to Candover who to me I would receive delivery last week Friday I called fnb back still no joy it is not the responsibility of the client to follow up fnb doesn't follow up or give a dam their service is patetic
