I applied for a loan of R2000 on the 20 December 2013, but still have not received it yet, I phoned Wonga three several times enquiring about this, they gave me two reasons, that I should have a cheque account and the other one is that they have sent money and my account was inactive, the money will then bounce them to their account and I have to re-apply.

When I log in it still shows that I owe R2538.16 which I have to pay on the 25 January 2013. Please help.
