On my account not dealt with despite calls

I am absolutely furious with the level of service from Standard Bank. I have been trying to report a once-off transaction on my account for over a week. R1600 was taken out of my account as a foreign exchange transaction as well as R60 charges on 28 October 2013. I moved to the UK in August so it was definitely not me. The transaction was made at Claremont branch. I phoned long before Christmas to ask for the bank to help me and I spoke to an Afrikaans woman called Geraldine. She assured me she would look into the matter and get back to me. Needless to say I have heard nothing back. I have phoned three times today to find out what is going on. The first two times I was put on hold for so long that I was sure the woman had forgotten about me and I hung up. The third time I got cut off. I demand to have that money put into my bank account immediately. How can the bank do a transaction IN A BANK without my being there. Obviously the card has been cloned and I have not been helped despite making costly calls from the UK. I am really DISGUSTED!!!
