I called twice trying to get insurance to contact client to do pay out, if the insurance do understand the frustration of month end,
Miss: Lizeal decide she's going to tell me she will drop the call because I am rude, by saying it is not accepteble that 3hours later, I'm still waiting for them to contact clients
