I tried to report and claim for my iphone that was damaged last week Wednesday, I called the call centre multiple times during the day and again the following days only to be cut off saying that a technical error had occurred. On Friday i managed to get through only to be transferred to 5 different consultants who then could not find my account, i eventually put the phone down. I need to claim for my phone as it has been broken for over a week and i can go longer wait
