Inconsistency with Service Delivery

I have been told that my Identity document photo is not clear enough for their financial department to accept. The consultant refused to accept my identity doc. thus resulting in my loan application being declined. The funny thing here is that I've been to the same branch on numerous occasions yet nobody complained!! What is even more funny is that I had been to another Absa branch the week before and my loan was approved but I didn't go back within the 5 days quotation period, hence my new application at Galleria - Absa. I asked to speak to the manager who offered little or no help, she point blank said we can't help you. These people need to go for training because they do not have people skills. I have been using my Identity doc. for over 10 years without any hassle. I even have a cheque account, credit card, garage card, savings account & a personal loan with Absa. I am contemplating changing to FNB. I've always had good customer services from the other Absa branches but at Galleria they tend to make life difficult for me. And they need to smile more often, think they need to learn a thing or two from Pick n Pay. They need to rotate their staff. I am very off.
