Assistance please

I started a small business that went bad, Needless to say I Got in financial trouble, but I'm trying to get out. I have corresponded with standard bank and even been to see them, but I am getting no help, I'm just dealing with corporate clones. I need somebody to assist me that can make decisions and that is an understanding human being and not reading from a cue card. I can get this matter sorted out ASAP but I would need help. Thanks
