Insurance CallCentre not answering countless times

I have been attempting to switch my Building Insurance on my house from ABSA to another 3rd Party Insurance company but each time I call the Homeowners Comprehensive Insurance call centre I only get to the machine. I then follow the prompts to get to the Accounts section but no one picks up after that step.

I have been trying this for over a month with no help. This is terrible service. Its so easy to take out insurance through ABSA but cancelling insurance is impossible. To turn this complaint around please assist me, timeously, in the cancellations process.
