Unreliable, BAD service, BAD Attitude

I just do not learn! I have bought items from Home Choice last year 2012. The first order was a stuff up, I have paid upfront and they had to refund me, after many emails, phonecalls and NO responses. Eventually it was sorted, but not after a screaming match with the "attitude" people. I could not believe myself, when I placed another order in December 2012I have received the goods, The Jenny Bed set, and a set of curtains. The quality of the curtains and the pillowcases are of such a bad material and not sown properly. I complained about it and want to return, but unfortunately there was no paper work in my box and I have also did not receive the tiebacks. I decided I just had enough, and I will not buy from them again! gues what? Hoime Choice phoned me and asked if I was interested in buying on my account? he checked stock on something that I really wanted, as it look extremely classy in the catalogue. they did, I have orderedthe bedset and an extra set of curtains with swag. Inside the box, was an invoice for 23 pceset. and extra curtains. 1 p/slip with only 23 pce and NO extra curtains! EISH
