My previously complaint was handled by Alicia, who promised in a letter that should I pay off the full credit card balance, and provide the FICA documents I will have my card and the credit to utlise, despite following the instructions by letter, I have still not had the pre legal status removed or contacted by the bank, It seem that African Banks has changed it minds to remove the status on the account, the fact is I have paid my account well in the the last six months so why am I being prejudiced further. I wish to remind the banks that I am a professional and earn a very great income and a private client banker for FNB. When I applied a for a card at |African banks some three years ago my salary was low, it has increased three times that amount, I also pose no credit risk for R 4, 300 credit!! It a joke. Please communicate so I can move on.
