No cash given from atm but reflects withdrawn on m

I had tried to withdraw cash on saturday (28/12/2013), no money was given from the atm however I got a message stating the money was withdrawn. I approached the chatsworth centre branch & was told that I must fill in forms & wait a couple of days for my money. Now I'm stuck with a problem of not having enough money in my account for my debit orders!! Also there is the problem of returned debit orders, who is going to pay for that?? I'm also surprised as to why FNB cannot reverse the money in my account?? All the other major banks do it as my friends & family have accounts with them & this is what was done for them. I usually talk about how efficient FNB is but now I'm beginning to doubt that!! Can someone please assist me URGENTLY
