I was always receiving my monthly credit card statements by post. In November 2012 I had a occurence on my card. Since I received my new card, my statements are being sent to me by e-mail. The Centurion Lifestyle branch where I received my new card from said they can't change this back to postal for me yet thats where I did all the paperwork, that I must contact card division. I can't contact this division by phone as it always asks me for my telephone banking pin no which I don't have such a no. I e-mailed card division on 5 December 2012 to make this request as well but to date have still not had any feedback from them. They just keep e-mailing the statements & I can't even open them. I have had to stand in a queue for sometimes up to 45 minutes at the enquiry counter to see how much I owe for the month & then have to stand in another queue for up to 20 minutes to pay the account every month. I've just stood in those 2 time consuming queues again today to make my monthly payment & am now just fed-up! I've e-mailed card division again now but doubt that I'll receive any response. I don't know how to get my statements now as no-one is willing to help me
