I had a garden pipe burst on Christmas morning and I contacted Help@Out. Within a minute or so Johan Grimbeek had confirmed that I was entitled to a free call-out by a plumber, which he then duly arranged. He followed up twice to check if the plumber had arrived and if I was satisfied with the work. I was very impressed and very relieved that it hadn't cost me a cent. And I still made it to church on time!
