I settled this account in the middle of August. my salary was paid on the 24th of August and a payment was made to Flemix. i paid the money for the rescission as they requested and received all my letters but still struggling to get my refund. after two or more weeks they tell me the funds have been allocated yet. The responsible person just replies (when ever she feels like it) that it still doesn't show. The statement I received from them shows that the money is usually allocated on the 1st of each month if not sooner. we are heading for the second week and still haven't received my refund.
The mail address that was provided for the rescission was also incorrect and to date havent received any feedback as to whether the rescission is in progress or what happened.
