To whom it may concern!

I am a client of Miway for almost over two years and this is what you get from being a good client! I have paid every month without any problem till i need to claim, because my wheel fell out from a seized bearing! Miway had so many excuses and then tell me i need to pay an R3500 for access but it wasn't even told to me when i subscribed so i took them on and they changed my policy to no access! Well it aint for long till i recieved an email on 2 september 2013 that my access is now being taken away! i do not accept this because it was not part off the agreement and i still have an claim which is not even settled since the beginning of the year! They are taking me for a ride again and this is the last time if they dont change my policy back the way it was they might as well just cancel it and refund me my money! This is not the first time now and im getting real of it! Do these people want my bussiness or should i take it elsewhere??? You guys can't just take accesses away as you please and increases as you please but the service is getting more shocking each day! I i did not pay good yes id understand but its not the case! please sort it out!!!
