I have a Funeral Cover with Old Mutual of which I pay R470 covering 3 people, Old Mutual debited their normal R470 on the 26th of June and later on the 28th they debited R494 from my account and I called them to notify them of this matter and all the consultants that I spoke to did see the problem but non of them could help reverse back the money as they didnt explain to me what was it for, I emailed my statement twice to them but even today I havent got any help, is it allowed for these big organisations to just take moeny out of our accounts and there is no proper explanation, I have been calling them for the past 5 days.
