Account Withdrawn without consultation

Effectively I'm having a miserable Christmas due to FNB, I actually went directly to FNB before coming here, 5-6 years ago I took out a loan with FNB long story short I lost my job and was unable to make payments, went to school, better job went and re-opened my FNB account, chased after all the departments to sort out my debt, no one was the wiser, End of October Fnb debited R10 000 out of my account no contact nothing, so I contacted them since that was money for my debits and Rent, I get this lady who basically tells me that well someone should have called me, she informs me that someone should have made an arrangement, I should forget about getting my money back, and well how much she should be expecting this month. What really angers me is I have emails all the way to July chasing after their creditors asking for the account statement and nothing being done, now they rob me during the festive season none the less.. Personally I don't care what processes needed to happen on their end, why should I have to suffer for their inadequacies? FNB is my own personal Grinch, I suppose I have to move my money where they have no access. could have been on a beach in Mozambique, Thanks
