I would like to thank Xoli and David who were great in assisting me with a transaction on my account. Xoli arranged for a speedy delivery of my new card at their OR Tambo branch which is not my branch but I was in Johannesburg so i was able to collect it from there. David from was of great assistance and advised that I will be contacted by the staff to update me on the status of the investigation and I was contacted as per his promise. These two have restored my faith on Standard Bank.
