On the 14th November 2013 Standard Bank debited a fee of R420. I phoned to enquire what this fee was and was told it was an annual overdraft fee. I objected to the fee and was told someone would contact me. I never heard anything so I went online and lodged a complaint via there website. I received a reference number and heard nothing since. The bank already charges a fortune in bank fees with the interest we pay for the overdraft.
There service is shocking, not only this incident but generally.
