To be a CLIENT of Integri for the past Eight years has been a pleasure, BUT THE MAJOR PROBLEM is with the SERVICE PROVIDERS they Select!! I have had ONLY promises from the SERVICE PROVIDERS. About two weeks ago a Service provider promised to arrive the following day by midday day, failed to arrive and arrived two days LATER!!! On Monday, 23/12/2013 another service Provider promised to arrive on Tuesday by Midday and AGAIN FAILED!!! We tried calling and SMS him but with no ANSWERS!!!
To Integri please this is now frustrating, CHOOSE your Service Providers who can SERVICE your Clients. You have a GOOD TEAM do not loose your reputation because of your SERVICE PROVIDERS.They should be BLACKLISTED!!! I have mentioned this on NUMEROUS Occasions to the staff at Integri.
