Very irritated

Last week I opened a platinum cheque acc via online banking and attached all the needed docs. Thereafter I called to find out if my acc was now active and the lady I spoke to said I just needed to deposit R50 and the account would be activated. Now I'm told there's a block on my acc and every time I call someone will tell me what comes to their head. I've received my card and signed off that I got the card. There's a very important debit order that should have gone off this morning. Can someone please fix this ASAP!!!
