I am extremely annoyed by the service I received the past week from a number of FNB employees, who i believe have mo idea hoe to do there jobs.
Firstly I opened a Gold Cheque Acc on Monday the 4th Feb and collected my card Friday the 8th Feb, assuming that my card had automatically been activated I signed for it and was told by the lady i could leave. Than Saturday evening making my way to the ATM i discovered my card had not been activated in the branch. What irritated me further was that the lady in Melville FNB told me I could change my password at the ATM, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IF SHE DID NOT ACTIVATE MY CARD IN THE FIRST PLACE!! This resulted in me having to scramble around to borrow money in-order to get to work Sunday morning. Meville FNB is the worst branch ever!!
My next complaint will be posted after this post due to character limitations.
