Failing to increase my credit limit

I have now had it with FNB! Every time i call to try and increase my credit card limit, they come and say that it is declined due to my credit scoring being too low to meet their criteria. Desember 2012 i also called and they gave the same reason, so i went and got my credit record from trans union and according to transunion, the maximum scoring that you can achieve is 999.My credit scoring was 918 at the time of enquiry! Now to make things worse, just after i phoned FNB, i phoned ABSA, and they had no hassles of increasing my credit limit. I also closed my absa checque acc and went to FNB thinking they would be a better bank, but im now regretting that move more than ever! FNB, Please up your game and help me out, because ive never been in arrears and have always been paying my credit card on time, mind you, im even paying more than 10x my monthly payment into my credit card each month. Im really unhappy with the response you guys have been giving me. Maybe i should just take my things and move back to absa and then also encourage other people to move their stuff over as FNB just gives a about their loyal customers.
