2 Months and counting to register internet banking

2 MONTHS AND COUNTING TO GET OUR INTERNET BANKING ACTIVATED.
AFTER 4 SETS OF E REGISTARTION CARDS ETC. WE STILL CAN'T GET INETRNET BANKING.
AFTER 100 CALLS AND NON EXSISTING COMEBACK FROM FNB. NOBODY CAN HELP US AND NOBODY EVEN TRIED TO FIX THIS MAJOR PROBLEM.

AFTER SWITCHING BANKS TO FNB WE NOT SO SURE WE WANT TO BANK WITH THEM ANY MORE AS AHERE ARE NO SERVICE AT ALL.

HOW WILL PAY ALL OUR PHONE EXPENSISE ETC TRY TO SORT THERE FAULTS OUT?
