First Nationlal Bank on the 20 where supposed to be debiting 500 a month to pay for a credit card according to their telephonic agreement a few days later they debited R4700.We called to report it and they logged a refund case and promised us it would be done in two days its now four days later and xmas eve and it hasn't been done today we called them four times and have spent R200 on airtime hanging on for over 15 minutes at a time. We have a few hours to go until xmas and that money had a major purpose. We have been told a few minutes ago that it would be done today and that we would be contacted to say its done but @ the rate that its taken them to proccess it I fear that our xmas is definately going to be ruined
