Zero Service!!! You should close your doors!!!

I paid my Clicks Credit Card in full on 27 November 2013 - after paying the balance i phoned in and was informed that the settlement figure was more than what i had paid. I did another eft to cover the full amount and emailed a written request with proof of payment to [Email Removed] with ref Rr13112726360. I requested that they confirm in writing when the account is closed on their side. Three weeks passed and i heard nothing until last week when i received (to my surprise) another statement (statement 028, dated 05 December) in the post. Not only was i charged interest AFTER I PAID the SETTLEMENT figure but they also billed me a Visa Card Fee for the year. In total thus R318.57 due to them. The statement indicates that R50.00 will be debited from my account on 30 DEC - what utter Rubbish!!! I am not happy as a consumer, nobody picked up a phone or had the common decency of answering my email.

I followed up today - new ref Rq13122336389; i was asked to forward a copy of my email to the person i spoke with - i am not "naming and shaming" her because i am giving her a chance to be of assistance to me. She did however tell me that it will take 14 working days???
