I was in an accident 2 weeks ago (8-Dec-2013) and it seems the assessor at Miway is doing his utmost to try find a reason to reject my claim.
They've asked me for tracker info, bank statements (which I gave them) and have resorted to calling people and trying to coerce them to say things that are not true, all in the hopes of rejecting my claim by some sort of word of mouth.
I've been with MiWay for 2 or 3 yrs now, this is my first claim. This is however a new policy.
I have been patient but I've been treated so badly. I'm not sure what to do at this point...
