A claim was submitted and all documents were sent on the 26 November by me via email on behalf of my mom. every time she calls she gets told that they are awaiting feedback from the assessor. Its now almost a month & when my mom asked this morning for the details of the assessor, the call centre wont provide it.
It is absolutely shocking at the way customers are treated. it takes a month & the claim is still no finalised.
