Almost two months without a car thanks to the poor service by King Price Insurance and their service providers. King Price Insurance had authorised their service providers to collect my car from the police impound, they were late and caused 3 day delay. The car was subsequently taken to Alberante Autospray who were tasked to fix my car. Its been almost two months without a car because Alberante Autospray had problems in getting the parts, but I the client had to contiously call them everyday to get updates. Only time Autospray showed any sense of urgency was when their wanted payment. They even to facilitate the payment, told me that the car would be ready on the day. They wanted to facilitate payment urgetnly because they were closing on the day. Held my end of the deal only to find out from Lindy Saker Edenvale, the dealership tasked with coding my car, that they would only be getting the final part on that day. Lindy Saker Ednevale took almost two weeks to figure out that the wrong part was fitted on the vehicle.
