South coast BMW in Shelley Beach sold a vehicle to someone who my Identity. I found out about it when the premium of R12, 000.00 was deducted from my bank account. subsequent to that amount another two premiums of 400 and 500 rand respectively was deducted for insurance. I have been in touch with them and also informed them that this was all done by someone else in my name. This month the insurance premiums were deducted again although they were aware of this. I did all the right things I opened a case of Identity at the SAPS and have been working with BMW Financial services and their division to resolve this. However every time I have to reverse these transactions at my bank and this costs me money. I don't believe I should carry the cost of this as BMW was negligent in the first place to allow these people to buy the vehicle without them being fica checked before delivering the vehicle. I am really upset that this was aloud to be deducted again! Please make sure this does not happen again.
